Liqueur obtained through the infusion of oranges’ peels put in maceration within alcohol. The oranges are peeled; their peels are put into maceration for almost 10 days; what comes out is an infusion that gives colour and taste to the product. Later, the infusion is mixed with water and sugar and the Arancino is ready.

Look: turbid and intense orange with shiny glares.
Taste: the orange perception is very intense, pleasant the smell and the taste, very consistent in the mouth and persistent in its aromaticity.
