Tomato on bread is one of the most traditional Mediterranean snacks. In Tuscany, this is called bruschetta and it can be prepared with a lot of fresh tomato, or with thick sauces and delicate tomato bases, olive oil, herbs and spices. By adding a bit of fresh chilli pepper we obtain the spicy bruschetta which is excellent as appetizer as well as aperitif.
Ingredients: Tomatoes cut into cubes, Onions, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Celery, tomato concentrate, Salt, Basil, Parsley, Sugar, Sage, Chilli pepper 0,21%, Pepper 0,02%.
Warm it slightly, spread it on brad or crostini (crouton).
Once opened, conserve it in the fridge for maximum 7 days.
