Truffle Bruschetta

omato on bread is one of the most traditional Mediterranean snacks. In Tuscany, this is called bruschetta and it can be prepared with a lot of fresh tomato, or with thick sauces and delicate tomato bases, olive oil and ODORI. By adding another typical ingredient of the Tuscan cuisine, the truffle, we obtain the truffle bruschetta branded Volaterra, which is excellent as an appetizer or as an aperitif, as well as a dressing for the pasta.

The truffle is a mushroom that since antiquity was considered exquisite and today utilized raw as dressing for many dishes. Tuscany is one of the most known Italian regions for truffles.
