Tuscan extra-virgin olive oil igp
Oil mainly characterized by the fruity of the green olive, not intense but wide and charged with olfactory sensations that recall the olive leaf, the just cut grass and the artichoke. Towards the end we perceive a sweet touch of fresh almond. In people’s mouth, it seems fluid, clean and sharp, with light astringent touches and flavour of fresh walnut. Harmonic and equilibrated. It can be used for a wide range of dishes: from the most delicate ones to those that have a stronger taste.
